PROFILE HELIDECK :
Helicopterdeck in aluminium from extruded profiles.

The high friction helideck is a Norwegian product supplied by MARITIME PRODUCTS AS. Development, sales/marketing, planning, procurement, engineering, QA/QC and project management is handled directly by us. MP is the owner of the profile production tools, special tools for machining the helideck surface (optionally), tools for assembly etc. The prefabrication of components is normally subcontracted to a nextdoor aluminium workshop and the assembly to a small shipyard at the coast with exellent facilities. The Helideck is usually handed over either in two deckhalves, one piece or as a material package where the yard or MP assemble the deck at the yard.

General information :
Helidecks for delivery in Europe are normally delivered in two halves which have been trial assembled before shipment. To overseas locations the deck is normally delivered as a material package for assembly by the yard with special tools and supervision from MP.
